1.) To search by serial number in CRM, click on the arrow next to the Service Transaction tab, click Service Orders.

This will bring you to the search screen. You will enter the serial number in the search field Serial No. and click enter. This will then pull up all of the SVO's under that serial number. You can then click the blue Service Order ID number to open the SVO and view the details.

Under the Items box, click the 10 to open the Planned Maintenance Order view.

Under assignments it will show you the technician and date the calibration/service is scheduled for. Always verify the date with Deployment since this date may have been updated on their end and not in CRM

2.) If you go into the IBase you can also find this information. Click on the arrow next to Masterdata, then click Installed Bases. Enter the serial number into the SIP Number field. Click enter.
This will bring your to the IBase. Under the 2nd level you will find the Service Transactions box, this will show the services that have been scheduled/completed.

The blue numbers starting with "95" are the completed/invoiced services, the blue numbers starting with “85” are the scheduled/upcoming services. Click on the blue numbers to open the Planned Maintenance Order as shown above previously. This method does not always show the most recent services so I recommend the first method, searching by serial number.
