When quoting a customer a calibration, some times they prefer the service be done on the weekend. You will first need to check with the Regional Service Manager to be sure there is a technician that could do this. Once approved, you can quote the additional part numbers with the calibration.

EXAMPLES:

000000-1421-550              IQS Service 2OT Labor - $312.00/hr                  Sunday

*Oct 1st, 2023  rates

000000-1421-549              IQS Service OT Labor - $244.50/hr                    Saturday
000000-1421-550              IQS Service 2OT Labor - $326.00/hr                  Sunday

Since the calibration price already includes 8 hours of labor at the standard rate ($156.00/hr), you would just need to include the difference. (Ex: $234 - $156 = $78/hr additional for Saturday, $312 - $156 = $156/hr additional for Sunday). To edit the price you would click the “edit” button the line item and enter the adjusted amount under the Price Details box, on the Price line.

(Oct 1st, 2023 - Standard rate $163.00/hr. - $244.50 - $163 = $81.50/hr additional for Saturday, $326 - $163 = $163/hr additional for Sunday)
