Often times customers request items other than styli or accessories, such as a new probe head, filters, additional cables, or other hardware related parts for their CMM. Most times this will be routed through CIC under a ticket for parts look-up to verify the PN.

If they request the part and would like ZEISS to install it, this would go to Service for quoting.

If they only need the part itself, this would go to Customer Care for quoting. This includes 3D optical parts like spare parts for ATOS or TScan Hawk machines, etc.
