End of Support - Offering a Calibration

Approval Needed to offer Calibration: If a customer would like a quotation to calibrate an EOS machine, Aftermarket Sales must obtain written approval from the relevant Regional Service Manager. Provide  background details to streamline the decision:

  • Serial Number, Model, Sensor
  • Last calibration date - Did it pass/fail - Who performed
  • Status of machine - Confirm it is in use by customer
  • Confirm customer aware of EOS status and working with Field Sales

 A Basic calibration will typically be the only possible offering an RSM will allow.  In such a case, add an Internal Note and also attach the email to the quote and task.
