Calibration Certificates

All inquiries related to Calibration Certificates should be funneled to the Technical Service Support team (Bernhard Baumeister is Manager) via the CIC Customer Interaction Center.

For example:

  1. Customer calls stating he/she did not receive a certificate at the end of a calibration.
  2. The company information on the certificate is wrong.
  3. Customer requests a tolerance deviation (different accuracy specification).
