Smaller, more basic, SF&G models do not have a typical PC.  Instead they have a small stand-alone unit which prints the surface finish results on Thermal Paper.  If a customer needs a new Thermal Paper printer, submit to CIC who will open a Ticket for SF&G Technical Support.  They will take care of the quoting, nothing for AMS to do.
