Customer must have an active SMA for this conversion to happen. If customer does not have an active SMA on the machine this needs to be quoted, which can be quoted at the same time as the conversion request.

PC Bonded to Dongle Based: If the SMA is active, you may create a quote including the release numbers for the software options on the machine for the version that they are running. Discount the release numbers 100% and also include the dongle PN 000000-1483-375 of $250.00. Indicate in the internal notes of the change. If the customer is also purchasing additional software options at the time of the change, quote the new software using the PN’s for the license type they are switching to (in this case it would be dongle based PN’s). Receive PO for dongle amount of $250.00 and process, sending to Customer Care for fulfillment.

Dongle to PC Bonded: Create quote with release numbers, discount 100% and process, sending to Customer Care for fulfillment and RA information for the dongle to be returned.
