PiWeb Software can refer to:

PiWeb Reporting and Reporting Plus are licensed per machine as part of the CALYPSO installation. PiWeb Reporting is a standard part of CALYPSO and can be used to report and compare up to 10 measurement runs. Reporting+ is an additional license module and enables reporting of up to 1,000 measurements.
There are networked solutions for comparing data from multiple machines or sites. These versions are SBS (Small business solutions) which can support up to a 10GB database and PiWeb Enterprise which is more customized and for larger customer applications.
Who sells? Nobody sells Reporting (it is standard CALYPSO functionality) Reporting+ is sold by Aftermarket. New SBS and Enterprise packages are sold by RSMs and soon (March 2024) Travis Ingvarsson. Future SMA and additional clients (Monitors, Designers, Planners) are sold by Aftermarket.
PiWeb Enterprise Descriptions and Details:
PiWeb Enterprise allows the customer to install and access multiple PiWeb Server databases around the world. PiWeb users can access these global databases from any location and with any license type. The data is accessed via Clients (Monitor, Designer, or Planner).
The license types offered are: PC-Bonded, Plant Floating or Global Floating (note that dongle-based was abandoned in 2022).
Floating licensing is flexible, allowing multiple users access to the PiWeb Clients. This is as opposed to PC Bonded which is tied to a person's laptop. Floating licensing itself does not provide the worldwide access to databases, PiWeb Enterprise does that. Floating is only a licensing model for the Clients.
Plant Floating (Local) Client licenses are in the price list.
Global Floating Client licenses are available but extremely expensive (about 4X more than local), so we don’t typically promote them.
PiWeb Notifications are a special functionality of PiWeb Enterprise where a customer may receive a text or email notification of a measurement event (ex: a part measured as out of tolerance or the past 10 parts are trending towards going out of tolerance). Our AE team can answer questions and demonstrate. There is currently no additional charge for this functionality (July 2023).PiPI
