ZEISS IQR is composed of IQS and RMS.  RMS handles microscope sales for research institutes and academia while IQS does so for industrial manufacturers.

As of Oct 2023:

Roger Landolt is Director over all IQS microscope sales (called Industrial Microscopy Solutions (IMS)).

• All LM (Light Microscope) products (with the exception of the Big 3 automotive accounts and the state of OH which are handled direct by Scott Ross out of Wixom) are sold via distribution.  The national channel manager is Mario Gislao.  We have ~12 channel partners in the US, so its best to send any LM lead to Mario and he will make sure it gets to the right partner. 

• EM/XRM (Electron Microscope or X-Ray Microscope) tools are handled direct by 4 PSMs (Product Sales Managers).  We have Roger Teppert in VA covering the eastern US, Karl Johanson in IN covering the Midwest, David Richards in CO covering the Rocky Mtns, and Giovanni Ramirez in the Bay area covering the west coast.  You are welcome to send any EM/XRM leads to Roger Landolt and he will make sure it goes to the correct PSM.  Please note that this team is only responsible for EM/XRM and does not include CT (METROTOM); those leads go to Doug Fitzgerald and his team.
