The company Laser Design ("LDI") partnered with ZEISS Maple Grove in years past to purchase our CMM frames. LDI would incorporate their laser sensors and resell the machine to an end user. ZEISS does not service these machines; LDI does.
The machine S/N may look like a ZEISS SIP but will most likely not come up in our CRM.
