Occasionally a customer may contact Aftermarket Sales asking for a quotation to replace their Probehead (aka: Sensor). This could be a VAST, VAST-xt, VAST-xxt or even the rotating RDS (which holds the VAST-xxt).
Customer Care imtcare@zeiss.com will take care of the customer request. However, CC need to know the Part Number of the customer's particular sensor.
- If the customer includes the Part Number with their inquiry, just forward directly to Customer Care.
- If not, forward to the CIC Customer Interaction Center cic.metrology.us@zeiss.com who will open a Service Technical Support Ticket in CRM. The Tech Support team will determine the proper P/N and then pass the RFQ over to Customer Care.
In either case above, the machine Serial Number is clearly required. Please pass this along to the CC or CIC email. Thanks!
