Sometime this can be helpful when trying to sell a new computer and pointing out how old the customer's computer really is.

The beginning date of the warranty period is when Zeiss purchased  the computer from HP.  That can help you determine whether a computer had Windows 7 or Windows 10.  Zeiss began shipping computers with Windows 10 in the summer of 2017.

Computer workstation warranties are 3 years on parts, labor, & onsite service, and are entirely handled by HP.  Customer must reach out directly to HP for any warranty repairs or service.
