All parts in SAP have a “short text” and a “long text” descriptions.

If you put a stylus part number into a new or draft CRM Sales Quotation, it will list the “short text” description which is not altogether that helpful.

But if you click on the paper/pencil icon preceeding that line item to go into the part details . . .

. . . and go down to the Notes, that is where you’ll find the “long description” and is much more helpful in listing the full specs on a stylus.
