In Teams you can pin certain individuals that you ping often at the top of the chat window.  Just a shortcut that is a little faster than doing a search on someone's name first to send them a chat.



To Pin someone, find a previous recent chat, hover your mouse over it, then click on the 3 dots, then select Pin.
