When you are looking up stock on a stylus part number in SAP ERP, and there is zero stock, and you click on the Material icon in the upper left, SAP ERP will tell you the Zeiss buyer name for the product.  

If it says “Make Items” that is an indicator that the part can be built-to-order out of components located at the factory in Maple Grove, MN.

So even though stock is zero, it can be built-to-order and shipped from Maple Grove, MN in an estimated 2-3 days after receipt of order, most likely even sooner in 1 - 2 days.
