Often times when we renew the SMA on a machine or account via a quote (SMA, or ZC), we also include the current SMA contact information in our internal notes. There are some instances where a contact must be updated outside of the normal SMA renewal.
To accomplish this you will send an email to Software Licensing software.license@zeiss.com and include the name, email and phone number of the contact you wish to add. You must also include the serial numbers of the machines they need to be added to in order to be able to view the contracts in the Portal. Software Licensing will then update this and the customer will be able to have access to these licenses.
