The link above will take you to the iBase360 site as long as you have access by completing/signing the secrecy obligation document and created an IT4U ticket for setting it up. IBase360 is similar to Service Data Viewer, however it allows you to view multiple machines under an account at the same time. Clicking the link will take you to the Account View screen.
On this screen you can search in the Customer Site or Customer Sold-to fields for a specific customer, which will pull up all machines at all locations under that name. This screen would show you basic machine info such as software version and serial number.
The SMA tab will display the SMA details such as if there is a valid SMA, the contract start and end dates, contract number, SMA contact, etc.
The HW Retrofits tab allows you to search the Customer Site for the Firmware and Controller information, software version, sensor, etc.
The Software Overview tab will display the software options on each serial number and version.
The Expiring Warranties and Service Contracts tab will display the latest information on these services.
