If you need to report a cyber security incident, or if you encounter technical issues with your hardware, network, or other tools essential to your daily work activities and need to request IT help, you can open a ticket through IT4U.
1. Make sure you're signed in to your Zeiss account on a working web browser and head to: https://zeissprod.service-now.com/it4u
2. Select “Security Incident” if you need to report a security concern or breach and follow the steps.
Otherwise, select “Create Ticket” to request IT Help.
3. Fill in the required fields as prompted, and add any necessary attachments or supporting documents. Scroll down to the bottom to enter a description of your issue, then hit “Submit”
4. You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number and be followed up with by a member of the IT team as quickly as possible.
