Customer Surveys

Customers will periodically send “Surveys” (forms) asking ZEISS to complete it.  This existed prior to Indigo and will continue moving forward. ZEISS makes virtually all relevant information available to the customer in a few PDFs.  We prefer the customer find the information there rather than a ZEISS person completing surveys (forms).

In well over 50% of the cases, the customer will find the needed information on their own (in our PDFs).  However, if the customer comes back again asking someone to complete the survey, our Admin team under CJ will assist.
