Attempting to link a Contact ID to a Partner ID that is an MDG (master data governance) account.  One of the Sales Org's assigned to this Partner ID has incomplete Sales Area Data, causing this error, preventing  completion of this task.

Per Sarah Fountinelle:

Create a ticket in IT4U.
Choose Software
Choose SAP P-Systems
Choose P8G (master data governance team)
Client Name  (doesn't matter)
SAP Transaction (doesn't matter)

Comments:  “Please have Sales Area Data completed for Sales Org 7502 for MDG partner id 606992.  We are attempting to link contact id 3001970114 to partner id 606992, but we are prevented from doing so due to this error.  We have received a customer PO and are ready to process this sales order, so please expedite.  Thank you.”
