LOG10 Error in Sales Quotation.

Partner with the partner role &L cannot be converted (Notification E C( 010)

"The &L partner is the license recipient, I noted that is the same contact person, but with a different ID. I confirmed the main contact selected is valid, and I check XD03 in SAP ERP, she is available in ERP – I redetermined the License Recipient in the parties involved and picked the correct Rebecca by searching for contacts linked to 2071874, saved, refreshed and the LOG10 is gone and I have confirmed that it’s replicated to ERP."

Summary:
Make sure the License Recipient contact ID is linked to the account.  Or select a new contact ID that is linked to the account for the the License Recipient.
