Open Sales Quotations - in Draft Status

My saved search name:  __QUOTES (Open) by ME

Click on search square for Partner by Partner Function:

Select Sales Representative if you have a sales territory, or select Employee Responsible if you are a helper.
Click on the search square for Partner ID.

Enter Last Name, First Name, or your U7xxxx number in User.

Select leading square in results lists.

Then click on OK.

Then name your saved search, and Save.

Use the Filter box to narrow the results list by company name, or contact name.

Closed Sales Quotations - in Order Received Status

My saved search name:  __QUOTES (Order Received) by ME

Follow same setup instructions and filter instructions as above.
