CRM Saved Search - Service Order Status

Use the Filter box in the upper right to narrow the results list to a specific serial no, or company, or PO.

Status = Released means the service order has been scheduled.
Status = In Process means the service order has not yet been scheduled.
External Reference is the PO Number.
Installed Base is the IBase number, not the serial number.

Click on the Service Order ID to go into the Service Order, scroll down to Items, click on the number 10, and click on Assignment to see the service tech and scheduled date.

 

Alternative Search Criteria

For ALL:

For Strategic's or unique customers (Lockheed), list out the Site partner id's:

PROTIP:  If you search the iBase by company name, export to Excel, remove duplicate Site ID's, copy all the Site ID's to your clipboard, and paste into Business Partner ID, CRM will expand Business Partner ID into as many rows as needed.  So you don't have to enter the Site ID's one at a time, but all at once.
