How to find Tasks that have been submitted to Customer Care and are not completed yet.  This is useful to run right after creating a Task to Customer Care; if it doesn't come up, there's an error somewhere in the Task you just created.

In Partner by Partner function, click on the search square:

Choose responsible team in the drop-down and enter this partner ID for Customer Care:

Add an additional Partner by Partner function in the search criteria, and enter this additional partner ID for Customer Care:

Name your Saved Search.
Then Save.
