If they have an active SMA, they get the latest version of CALYPSO.

If they don’t, they get the latest version their expired SMA covers.

You can ask them what version they would like, if you want, however, in the large majority of cases we are just loading the latest version, as it’s uncommon for customers to ask for older versions to be installed.
- On top of this, the latest license enables older versions, so even if we install a newer version than they want, they can easily install an older version without doing any licensing, just installation.
IMPORTANT: Remember to tell the customer to remove and keep the dongle from their current computer to use in their new computer (If applicable)
