To add customer contacts to MDG follow these steps. This is the only method we should use to add contacts. Previous methods will likely result in log10 errors.
1. Click MDG in the Corporate Account Page.

2. Change Request- Description: Add Contact Person.

3. Create- This will open up a new window and allow you to create a new contact.

4. Add Name- Add first and last name. *Under Correspondence Language put in EN.

5. Add phone and Email- Add phone and put US in for Country. Add Email and select email address for Standard Method.

6. If you receive a duplicate message just click continue. (You may or may not receive this message).

7. Once everything is completed you will click “Done”.

8. You must click Submit.

Once submitted you will receive a follow up email confirming the contact has been added.
