You can do this yourself, or you can ask Daniel or Michael to do this for you.
You can only have a Prospect promoted to a Sold-To at the time you receive an order, because you must be able to provide a copy of a PO. The exception to this rule is when setting up an account for use in the Webshop.
Open the Account which has the “Prospect” Role in CRM (you may want to adjust your “little pencil” for Account views to be like mine):
Click on “New" within the Planned Activities assignment block and pick “Task Master Data: Account”:
You can select any of the Divisions (makes no difference):
Choose yourself (or you can edit "Parties Involved later to set yourself as the creator):
Enter a Description “Promote to Sold-To”
Select Category “Change Role.” Never, never, never use “Update Prospect.”
Type in a short Note
Attach your PO in attachments.
Click Save
You should receive an email from the Master Data team announcing it is complete. You'll also see the Role change to Sold-To inside the CRM Account. This normally only takes a few hours but can vary.
