There is a maintenance that we should offer.  This is not really a “calibration” but is certainly a good idea to have performed annually.

The SAP description is lacking so best to add a text block in your quote with the following:

Annual Maintenance - Volumax 9 Titan
Service Activities:
▪ Grease both ends of each high voltage cable. (Note: Since this is a 450kv tube, it has 2 x 225kv high voltage generators =
1 cable for each generator)
▪ Grease linear guideways.
▪ Check / clean the controller fan and the console fan (cooling system) to make sure an appropriate amount of air is flowing.
▪ Charge the x-ray tube cooling system to make sure it is cooling as designed,
▪ Check / adjust the door motors for proper open / close.
▪ Check / calibrate the x-ray detector.
▪ Perform a cabin radiation check to ensure it continues to meet federal cabin guidelines (Note: radiation is allowed to
escape but no more that deemed safe by the FDA)
Not covered:
▪ The service time and parts costs for discoveries that are made while service is onsite.
For instance, if a motor is discovered to be failing, the cost of a new motor + the service time to replace it is not
covered.
