Per Scott Lowen, CALYPSO installation will include TeamViewer, which would be considered “Prohibited Telecom/Video Surveillance Equipment and Services”

TeamViewer is used for remote support, but can be uninstalled or blocked by the customer's IT.   Instructions on how to disable/block TeamViewer can be provided by Zeiss Calypso Applications Agent. 

TeamViewer is included with newer Calypso versions.
