If a customer expects us to ship partial (what is in stock), invoice partial, and they will pay partial, customer must itemize styli & accessories on their PO.

If customer put's one line item on their PO for the quote total for multiple styli & accessories, we can accept that PO, but only if we tell Customer Care to mark the order to ship complete.  That way the order will ship complete, and invoice complete, thereby matching the amount of the line item on the PO.  This is per my phone conversation with Tammy Bloomer in Finance.

So I'll be going back to the customer to see if they agree to ship complete/invoice complete based on their single PO line item for quote total, or do they want to itemize the PO so we can ship/invoice partial as items ship from stock?
