STYLI RETURN POLICY

The customer  can return Styli with a 20% restocking fee within the year of the order.
Customer care will need the order number or PO they ordered it off of to create a return against it.

If a customer would like to return a styli, they need to send an email to the  Customer Care Team Mailbox IMT Customer - imtcare@zeiss.com  asking for a RA number and provide the PO number of the styli they are returning. 

We do not “exchange”  Styli.
