CALYPSO PLANNER is an offline version of CALYPSO to write measuring programs offline. A CAD model is used 99% of the time to create this part program. This frees up the CMM for doing measurements. 

CALYPSO SIMULATION allows you to watch a measurement program run virtually without a CMM. You can check for collisions,  part clamping, stylus, probe racks, base plate, rotary table, measuring range, and program measuring time.

Planner and Simulation are offered together in a discounted “Planner Package”. The package also includes a STEP or IGES neutral CAD interface model.
