For those who use a Task to follow-up on their quotes, they create a Task from the Quote, and that establishes a link between the Task and the Quote.

You can manually link additional Quotes to the same Task, so that you can use a single Task to follow-up on multiple quotes.

From the Task, click on Subsequent Assignment:

Select Sales Quotation, paste in the additional quote number, click on Assign:

Rinse, and repeat for as many quotes as you want to assign to a single task.
