Customer Communication

  • In virtually all cases, we should not send any email to internal Zeiss personnel and a customer (in same email).  This can be very dangerous, as the receivers of the email may not be aware of who is on copy.  We should communicate directly with the customer and directly with internal colleagues in separate fashion. UPDATE: Just be cognizant that every email could be forwarded and end up in a variety of hands. Just be careful.
