You can “print” individual pages from PDF documents with multiple pages. This can be very useful when you wish to send a customer an individual page from the Calypso Release notes, or from a product catalog for example.
- Open the PDF file you wish to extract pages from.
- Find the page number, or numbers that you wish to extract. Be sure they are the PDF file page numbers, and not necessarily the page numbers listed in the bottom corner of the document pages themselves. The file page numbers can be found in the Adobe toolbar at the top of the screen:
3. Select “print”
4. Select Adobe PDF as the printer.
5. Select “Pages” in the “pages to print” section and enter a page number, multiple page numbers separated by a comma, or a range of page numbers indicated with a hyphen between the start and end pages.
6. Select “print”
7. You will be prompted to save this as a new file. Name the file and select the location to save it to.
8. You can now open your new PDF file, which will now only contain the page or pages you "printed" from the previous file.
