• Receive a 10% discount on Calibrations
• No SMA Contract is created for these Institutions. Applications Helpdesk support is guaranteed.
• The customer should follow the normal channels for software and tech support.

Beginning Aug 2025, Aftermarket Sales will quote Calypso upgrades to Educational Institutions:

We do this upon request and do not proactively sell this upgrades.

Most educational have a Duramax S/N and then numerous Planner seats on a single S/N

The is no need to address the modules - just quote the single line item

There is no need to add Component ID to the line item

Indicate the main contact in Internal Note

Do not state SMA dates, there are no SMA being created, just a special one time upgrade

Add a note on the quote looking like this indicating the S/Ns:

A few very old systems may not have clear iBase information.  If an iBase seems incomplete or missing, please contact Software Licensing and they will sort it out.

If customer wants to pay with Credit Card, that is fine - just follow the usual process (in Help Juice)
