Service Spare Parts must be quoted by Customer Care

Refrigerated Air Dryers, Joystick boxes, and UPS (uninterruptible power supplies) are all considered Service Spare Parts.  They should NOT be quoted by Aftermarket; forward the request to Customer Care for them to quote.

As Service Spare Parts, they get processed in Division P60 and in a subprofit center that are not counted by Ebonique for sales credit or commission payment to Aftermarket.

Same thing goes for SF&G Styli or Accessories; just forward those requests to Customer Care to be quoted.

This also includes 3D optical parts like spare parts or cables for ATOS or TScan Hawk machines, etc.
