Just to be totally factual on this – the COMET 6 will technically not be to end of support until December 2026.

See attached for confirmation from the support team in Germany on the discontinued COMET / T-SCAN systems.

Important information: End of support for COMET and  T-SCAN systems

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you about the upcoming end of support for the following products:

December 2025: L3D2
December 2026: T-SCAN CS+, T-SCAN LV, COMET 6
December 2027 COMET 5M, COMET 8M

After these dates, technical support, software updates or security patches will no longer be provided
for the affected systems.

In order to enable you to continue your business processes seamlessly, we would like to point out that  we offer newer systems for 3D digitization in our product portfolio, which can offer you improved functions in the application.
