Customer Not Seeing ZC Discount in Webshop

Problem: Customer has active ZEISS Care but is not seeing their 10% styli discount in the Webshop
 

Solution 1:  Best to 1st confirm the customer is signed into the Webshop with their account.  They will see their name at the top of the screen. 
 

Solution 2:
The Master Data team needs to add the letters ZC into what we call the account Pricing Group. All we need to do is go into the Account in CRM and from inside there create a Planned Activity (TASK) for the Master Data team. 
 

Make sure you have the Planned Activities assignment block in Account views with little pencil:
 

After clicking New, select Master Data: Account
 

Any of the 4 Divisions is fine (I would select 69 for styli/accessories) 

Choose yourself as the Sales Representative 

Type in a Description and Note (like below). I suggest: 

Description: Pricing Group set to ZC

Note: Please assign the Pricing Group to the letters ZC.  This will allow the customer to receive their ZEISS Care discount on our Webshop. Thanks! 

Then just click Save.  You will receive an email soon confirming it was done.  Customer should be all set.  You could confirm this by creating a styli quote in CRM.  The 10% discount should apply now. 

Solution 3:
The only remaining issue could be that the customer contact registered for the Webshop with a particular Account # but the iBase with ZEISS Care is associated with a different Account #.  Wesley, Dean, Daniel, Ari, and Craig can check on this within the “ZEISS ID” tool.  Please feel free to ask any of us if this is the suspected issue.  This should be rare.
