ZEISS Care Complete includes an ISO 10360 Complete Calibration:

• Complete Service – Building on the Basic and Enhanced Services, the Complete Service is the most comprehensive service ZEISS offers. It is designed to maximize the productivity and accuracy of your coordinate measuring machine. It includes calibrating the machine and optimizing the electrical systems. In addition, it includes inspection and maintenance of the mechanical and pneumatic systems, extending the life of the components and reducing unscheduled repairs, resulting in increased machine up-time to support your production and metrology requirements.

The Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) provides comprehensive support with access to the latest software releases as well as application engineering support:

• All releases and updates for the licensed software covered by the SMA for 12 months.
• Access to experienced ZEISS application engineers for assistance with:
• Phone support provided Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 CST via a dedicated toll-free number for hardware and software support. 
• SMAs are also eligible for a 15% loyalty discount the first year of renewal. A 25% loyalty discount is available in subsequent years of renewal.   Multiple license discounts are also available.
