Confirm all TASKs begin with CC - If not, correct them and save them
Export to Excel
Modify the Search to eliminate the Partner by Partner Functions

Replace them with Description begins with CC

Now, export this list to Excel
We would expect the identical number of search results. If not, then some are either In Verification or the Responsible Team is wrong or missing.
To make things orderly, widen the columns:

Copy the TASK IDs (aka: Activity) from the shorter file (from the original Saved Search based on Responsible Team (aka: Partner Function)) and paste under the TASK IDs of the longer file
Now, Highlight the cells in that column which are duplicates. We are interested in the remaining non-duplicate TASKS

Now, use the In Verification Saved Search to see if the remaining TASKs from the previous step are merely In Verification. If so, done. If not, explore each remaining TASK one by one
Now, repeat the same steps for the Service Backlog Saved Search

Instead of CC, we will use both DEP and SVB for the second search
