Please note the D&B Disclaimers omitting certain machines. Check the current CRM Quotation Template for details. For example, CONTURA prior to 2006 do not receive a D&B Warranty. It is highly recommended for Aftermarket Sales to mention this to customers who are purchasing ZCC for machines not valid for D&B Warranty. Otherwise a customer may assume they are covered and be upset when they have to pay for a drive or bearing replacement.
