iBase not found or updating iBase Record in CRM

If the serial number or iBase number of a CMM cannot be found in CRM, contact Service Billing. It may be locked behind a regional permission that they can correct so the Aftermarket Representative will be able to view.

You may also contact Service Billing in the case of updating other iBase information, such as a CMM moving locations, or a component ID missing, customer name change, etc.
