The SPECTRUM machine has several generations indicated by the number following.  The Spectrum I is the oldest and considered End of Support as of 2024. The Spectrum II were not very common.  The Spectrum III is a current model (2025) but the III dropped from the name.

Calibrations of current Spectrum machines use the same P/Ns as the Spectrum III.

The enhanced was removed as of last July, so the recommendation is to use the standard or complete.
