Irregular Calibration intervals

If a customer requires any calibration frequency other than the standard 1-year/12 month cycle, send an email to Service Billing CZIMSvcBilling@zeiss.com with the serial number and request that they update the “maintenance period” in the iBase record. (For example, every 6 months, or ever other year/24 months).

This will better inform the Aftermarket Follow Ups/calibration reminders list in CRM.
