If a CMM is “down” - Our Hardware Tech Support team will need to diagnose and then quote a service visit / repair as a time and material estimate.
Once the PO is received, the scheduling will be rapid, and a technician will be dispatched quite quickly. It will be scheduled accordingly with the availability of parts (if they’re needed)
NOTE: We cannot perform a calibration on a machine if it isn’t running properly and / or is down.
Once the repair is completed, the calibration can be scheduled / performed.
