Below process is from Scott Lowen 2026:

Option 1)

1. Send scott.lowen@zeiss.com the customer’s PDF with custom Styli details.  Request forms found on the Webshop.
2. Scott make the request to ZEISS Germany, setup the material number and provide a List Price.
    

Option 2)

1. Visit https://zeiss.atlassian.net/jira/dashboards/11257  Accessories & Spare Parts board to submit the request yourself.
2. 
3. Create and complete the request with the following values and attach the PDF Request form.  You can also paste an image in the description if that is what the customer provided.

4. Aftermarket will be notified when the item is finished being set up in SAP with pricing.
5. Aftermarket quotes customer
