If a customer is interested in a Custom Styli Configuration comprised of an adapter plate, extensions, angle pieces, and stylus this can be requested through: accessories-cloud.metrology.de@zeiss.com.  These configuration will come laser welded to the customer with only the styli sent in a separate bag for customer to then attach to the configuration so that the styli doesn't break during shipping.

ZEISS 3D will then create a custom styli configuration in Stylus System Creator (SSC) that will look like this in a PDF document:

You will see a configuration “serial number” and name of configuration in the top right corner of the document.  This part number can be used to quote the configuration as a whole.  There is a chance if Germany created the SSC File that the configuration part number is not set up completely in the US for pricing.  You will need to initiate this process through the Styli Product Manager to establish US pricing so you're able to quote.

You will also see at the bottom of the document you will see a list of of the components that make up this configuration.  They are also identified in the image of the configuration as well.  There are times the customer needs to reorder spares of the stylus listed.

These configurations are custom to specific customers, and the customers should have access to the CLOUD where they can view all of the configurations created for their project, line, company, etc.  These are not stocked in MN and have to come from Germany, and they cannot be found on the web-shop.
