There may be times when we hit a wall and a quotation is not acting as we need. For example, we may be unable to change the status to Order Received.
This could be caused by a number of issues. Some, we can check ourselves:
Is the Account in Prospect status? It must be promoted to Sold To before changing the status to Order Received.
Is a P/N blocked for sale? That would be a problem…
If the status ends up a Technical Error, please contact Michael, Daniel, Craig, Ari, or Wes. We have key user permissions to toggle to Order Received.
