You can use signatures in Microsoft Outlook to use as templates for emails you write frequently.

1. In Outlook, start a new email composition by selecting “New Email.” In message toolbar you will find the signature tool.

2. At the bottom of the signature drop down, select “Signatures…”

3. This will take you to your list of saved signatures. Select NEW and enter a name for it to create a new signature.

4. Type your signature (or email template) in the text box. When finished, don't forget to select “SAVE”

To edit an existing signature, click on the name in the “Select Signature to edit” field, and it will show in the “edit signature” box.

Make your edits and hit “Save”!

You can now select these pre-written email templates from the signature drop down list in the email composition screen!
